We start with the problem, not the technology. Before proposing a solution, we want to understand how the work flows today: who enters the data, where it gets lost, what is done by hand and what that costs.
We propose the solution in writing and in specifics: what we'll build, in which phases, and what is out of scope. We develop in short iterations, so you see a working version early and often.
