Challenge

Small distributors often plan tomorrow's deliveries from a stack of orders, a call to the driver and a rough idea of who lives where. It works until the day is full of stops. Then the most expensive part of a delivery isn't the fuel — it's the second visit.

Solution

OrdersToRoute takes an order from intake to delivery. It builds the driving sequence around the depot from the selected orders, sends the driver a link on the phone, and lets the office follow every delivery live.

    The sequence uses real road distances, not straight lines. The route starts and ends at the depot, and a stop can still be moved by hand.

    No install for the driver

    The driver opens a link on their own phone and sees one stop at a time: who, where, how much and how it's paid. One tap to navigate, one to call the customer. Delivered — or not delivered, with a reason.

    Success rate for any date range, revenue delivered in your currency, and every failed stop with the reason the driver gave.

  • Driver list with completed routes and deliveries

    Data isolated per company

    Every company is isolated at the data layer. Drivers have their own login and see only their routes. The interface is available in 9 languages, including Serbian in both scripts, with amounts in any currency.

Result

The app is in production and runs daily deliveries for a fresh-produce distributor. Every stop closes with an outcome, and a finished route is locked — no edits after the fact.
